Our dreams have so much to teach us, we just need to learn how to listen.
I believe dreams are the language of our soul. Our connection to our highest self. It is here that we have access to all of the mysteries of the Universe. All of those who’ve come before. Sometimes we just have to be with the discomfort of whatever is still in need of tending so that we can move into these deeper, more magical-feeling realms. Dreams offer us a mirror into what’s happening under the surface. Show us the direction to take. Offer us wisdom that if taken, can change the course of our lives forever in the best and most profound ways.
There are no “bad” dreams. Every dream offers a gift. And even if you’re not remembering your dreams, we can still honor them.
You’ll know if they’re calling to you. And I’m here if you’re ready to answer that call.

Dreams are a theater for our subconscious. A continuation of our consciousness while we sleep. While we sleep, our subconscious comes to life in order to connect us deeper to ourselves and the Universe.
The challenge is, they speak in a language we have to learn to understand. One rich with symbolism, metaphor, energy, emotion and more.
Our dreams can be our greatest teacher if we take the time to understand and take action from their wisdom. They can teach us to see our waking world as a dream — leading to more empowerment and magic in our daily lives.

Dream Therapy is a therapeutic approach to working with understanding our nighttime dreams. In a single session, we will take a single dream and work to uncover what the dream is saying to you — what it’s asking of you in order to move forward into your highest and best version of yourself.
I utilize a somatic and embodied approach to my dreamwork along with many Jungian and Tibetan Dream Yoga practices. Together we will work with guided meditation, gentle somatic practices and what I call “dream tarot” to enhance your intuitive muscle and a deeper understanding of the dream’s symbolic message.
You will hopefully leave a dream session with me feeling more connected to your dream’s wisdom, your body, and your spirit with an action in-hand to take your dream into the waking world.

Dream Therapy is dreamwork. It is not traditional “therapy” nor is it a replacement for traditional therapy. I utilize this term because it is an approachable way to understand this work.
What it really means is that it is a therapeutic approach to working with our nighttime dreams. I always recommend having access to a psychotherapist or psychologist while doing this work should something arise that could use additional support.

Working with our dreams connects us deeper to ourselves and our own intuition. We have an inner authority that knows and when we can learn to trust this part of ourselves, our whole lives change.
Our dreams provide healing, guidance and connection to the Divine. They help guide us through the processing of trauma and events of our day so that we can feel through them, be with them and ultimately, let them go and move forward. They offer us wisdom and insight into our deepest emotions and feelings so that we can understand ourselves on an intrinsic level.

No worries if you don’t remember your dreams! We can still work together. Through the use of what I call “dream tarot” we can cultivate a waking dream together based on a scenario in your life that needs tending. Together we will work this like a dream through the cards, guided meditation and journal prompting to find access to an answer or action you can take forward in your life with regards to this particular “dream”.

Maybe you’ve heard, “everything is a dream” or “life is but a dream”. When you work with your dreams long enough, you’ll begin to see that this magical idea is in fact, true. We are consciousness. We are a soul having a human experience. Everything we experience is a symbolic reflection of our own experience. When we can see life this way and learn the hidden symbolic language all around us, we can see that life is always working FOR us not TO us. Seeing the world this way is magical and creates a kind of empowerment that was perhaps not there before.

Dream Therapy sessions can happen as much as you’d like. Think of them like going to the gym for your intuition and soul. Weekly sessions I have found are INCREDIBLE at deepening our connection to ourselves. I personally did weekly sessions for 4 years straight and know that I wouldn’t be where I am today with my dreams if I hadn’t had the gift of that experience.
That said, we don’t all have access to the time or resources for that, so the answer is, it’s up to you! The amount of dedication you show your dreams is equivalent to the amount of support they will provide back whether that is with me in session or on your own with them.
How to Work with Me

Single Dream Therapy Session
A 75min session to work on a single dream. I will guide you through gentle movements to get you embodied before doing a grounding guided meditation. From there we will explore the dream and end with dream tarot and an affirmation or action to take from the dream into your waking life.

Pack of 3 Dream Therapy Sessions
Three discounted 75min individual sessions to work on a single dream. Note these must be used within 3 months.

Pack of 5 Dream Therapy Sessions
Five discounted 75min individual sessions to work on a single dream. Note these must be used within 5 months.

Monthly Dream Therapy Sessions
Think of me as your Dream Therapist on retainer. You can choose however many sessions you want per month be it weekly or 2x a month. This could include weekly text dream support depending on how many sessions you choose. If you choose this option, I have a 3 month retainer minimum.
