Legal Notice and Waiver

Please note that all active participants of Rising Wolf Collective for the following offerings: Empowerment Alchemy Coaching, Dream Yoga Classes or classes/workshops related to these offerings, whether they be online or in-person, must sign the below waiver in advance to the first engagement in order to proceed forward. All legal notices are enclosed within this form. By signing, you are agreeing to release Rising Wolf Collective, VAGABOND Marketing LLC./Niki Jaimes and any other additional instructors/providers of any personal or professional liability.

All new students and clients must fill out the Rising Wolf Collective Waiver HERE.

WILD MARKETING & BUSINESS CONSULTING and/or MANAGEMENT

All Policies

All marketing and business work resides under our parent company VAGABOND Marketing, LLC. As such, all agreements will be in formal proposal/contract format. All details and instructions will be outlined within.

EMPOWERMENT ALCHEMY COACHING SESSIONS

Registration Policy

Empowerment Alchemy Coaching sessions must be booked with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancelation Policy

I understand that canceling sessions is inevitable. At this time, I do not offer refunds but will gladly use your canceled session (if canceled at least 24 hours in advance) towards a future session of your choice. Should you cancel your session under 24 hours time, you will simply be charged for that session. Understand this is due to time being very valuable on both of our ends, and it is simply a matter of respecting each other.

Refund Policy

I do not provide refunds for Empowerment Alchemy Coaching sessions but should you have a concern or feedback or be unhappy for any reason, please reach out.

Late Policy

I have a limited amount of spots available for Empowerment Alchemy Coaching, so should you arrive to your session late, we will only be allotted the remaining time in the appointment. No credits or refunds can be provided.

Disclaimers

Empowerment Alchemy Coaching is not a replacement for therapy. I always recommend that you have worked with or are currently working with a therapist simultaneously. A lot of emotion can arise and I want to ensure you have the support you need. We will do a consultation before beginning work and I have the right to recommend another solution for you if I deem it not the right fit.

WILD DREAM CIRCLE GROUPS

Registration and Cancelation Policies are the same as above

Refund Policy

I do not provide refunds for Dream Circle Groups but should you have a concern or feedback or be unhappy for any reason, please reach out.

Late Policy

Dream Circles are sacred communal events. Due to this, we have a very strict 5 minute last policy. Should you arrive in-person or on Zoom more than 5 minutes late, the room will be locked/closed.

YOGA and MEDITATION CLASSES

Registration Policy

Registration for all classes is limited to sign-up up to one hour before class begins. Should you require a last minute sign-up, you may reach out to me, Niki Jaimes, but it is not guaranteed that you will be able to get into class.

Cancelation Policy

Should you need to cancel a class for any reason, I kindly ask that you do your best to cancel at least 12 hours in advance via our booking link. That said, you can cancel up to an hour in advance should that be necessary.

Should you wish to cancel your subscription membership, a 30 day notice must be provided. Note that your subscription will remain in place and be charged for the final 30 days from date of cancelation.

Late Policy

Seeing as all of my classes are currently online, I ask that you arrive on time. If for some reason you are late and unable to be let into the Zoom room, you understand that is not a situation which can be refunded.

WORKSHOPS

Registration Policy

All workshops can be booked within the allotted time announced.

Cancelation Policy

I understand that canceling workshops is inevitable. At this time, I do not offer refunds but will gladly use your canceled workshop towards a future session or workshop of your choice should you cancel within the 24 hour cancelation window. Should you cancel after that window closes, you will simply be charged for the workshop.

I do not provide refunds for Workshops but should you have a concern or feedback or be unhappy for any reason, please reach out.

Late Policy

Note that I cannot guarantee you will be able to be let into a workshop should you arrive more than 5 minutes late. At that point, we will need to honor the group’s time and experience by beginning the workshops opening rituals.
