Embodied Calm: A 2-week Virtual Journey Into a Meditation Ritual

This journey is a down-to-Earth way to start or reconnect to your body and mind to access your own inner calm through a guided meditation practice.

🧘🏻‍♀️ We will be moving in order of what I personally think are the most accessible methods of meditation to begin coming back home within to a sense of grounding and calm.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Each day will be a different style of meditation in order to give you a taste of different methods and ways that might work for you. Guided meditations will be offered both as a live Zoom session and I will also email the recording to all participants should they need to do it on their own time that specific day.

🧘🏻‍♀️ You will have access to all of the recordings after the program so you can do them again, any time you wish.

🧘🏻‍♀️ This program is for anyone JUST starting with meditation or for those of us who’ve maybe fallen off the wagon and could use some guidance back into ourselves. It is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, stressed, overworked, disconnected, distracted…well, you get it. Basically if you’re a human being, this will hopefully help you find some peace. If you know me, you know I’m not a morning person, so hopefully, this will be as beneficial to me as it will be for you.

WEEKDAYS ONLY April 28 - May 9 from 9am-9:30am PST (we may occasionally run 10min overtime)
