Spiritual Empowerment Coaching takes the whole being into account - Body, Mind and Spirit/Soul. Dream Therapy (otherwise known as Dreamwork) is a therapeutic approach to working with our nighttime dreams. Our dreams show us where we’re at — guide us through our subconscious world to bring the healing forth that is being asked at any given time. Working with our dreams can teach us how to trust in ourselves and make empowered choices in our waking life to lead us towards our highest path in this life physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Dream Yoga is the yoga of dream and sleep. We work with our nighttime dreams to yoke the mind, body and soul through the lens of dreams. I bring a Jungian approach combined with Tibetan Dream Yoga, and Toltec and Mayan dream practices into a practice intended to connect you deeper to yourself and your dreams.

I provided somatic movement, guided meditation facilitation and personal mindfulness coaching to connect your deeper into your body, mind and soul. My training in somatic attachment repair practices and trauma awareness combined with intuitive Shamanic-journey type experiences create a liminal, grounding and connective experience that is unique to your needs.

Mindful Marketing and Business Consulting is the result of my 20+ years as an Executive in Silicon Valley as a Branding, Marketing and Business leader. These days I am more concerned with consulting individuals and business in a mindful and conscious way. Making empowered and authentic choices to create solid foundations and stories that showcase the human behind the business. Through my unique dream-centered approach, I offer unique branding experiences and general consulting to empower you into success within your outer world.

Dream tarot is an empowered way of cultivating Symbolic Sight and gaining insight into what you already know to be true. Through my unique personalized and intuitive dream-like method of working, we will help you to find answers to your questions through the images in the cards.

I offer 1:1 photo shoots in nature to empower you back into your body, mind and soul. These photo shoots are for individuals who just want to find empowerment in front of the camera and/or those looking for connected images for their business/social media/etc.
