“I highly recommend DREAM Flow with Niki. She makes you remember why you fell in love with yoga in the first place years ago or if you are new to it in general, then you will be in for a treat with her as well. She is someone who exudes from the beginning  what this ancient practice was supposed to be about,  mind.body.spirit and making it to be what “you” need it to be, not what she wants it to be for you. Each class would start with a prompt, something that would ease you mentally into the class and get you to think, but not the kind of thinking where you go, great, now I’m, full of anxiety and can’t enjoy this. No, these were prompts to check-in, settle you and just subtly get you into a present moment for her class. Often times, I would show up to her class and be tired or in pain, but I always knew that I would 10000% feel better after, I just needed to show up & I did feel better after always. I have chronic pain and work with lots of doctors, but her classes (I kid you not!)would often times erase the day’s pain. Her modalities for hip, shoulder, neck, jaw pain were/are a blessing to the body. She just gets it and is the real deal. Besides that, she is just a cool ass chick/human being who has the right intentions and you can tell loves it and has lived through the work of it too. When you meet her & do a class with her, you just know she was meant to teach. Although I did classes on Zoom, (which I thought honestly, would be so impersonal or not my thing),  she somehow makes it as good if not better than an in person class. And she does the class with you too which is great. I’m grateful my path crossed with hers and cheers to more yoga and to Niki growing this community of hers. She deserves it and has a gift.”
