Maybe we need some support to help us get back to ourselves or guidance understanding some of the more challenging aspects of self or business.

I’m here to help guide you in whatever way I can. Back to the most empowered place in whichever area of your life needs the most attention.

I made a promise when I began this work that I would be a light in the darkness— for the darkness is where all things are born. Where truth is found.

The tools I bring into our work together are vast and holistic. Whether we are working on your individual transformation or that of your business, we may bring in any or all of these.

I am a certified Dreamwork Professional as well as a Sueñadora — trained in Jungian and depth psychology as well as aspects of Curanderismo.
You can think of this work as a type of therapy that is focused around what your nighttime dreams are showing you that needs to be healed or integrated into your life. Together we can normalize and begin to understand your own dream language and integrate their wisdom into your life for profound change.
In our work together we can focus solely on your dream life and dreams, or we can incorporate it into whatever focus feels right for you.
Coming back into my body was what began to create the most safety and immense healing and transformation for my own journey.
I am trained in Somatic Attachment Repair which I will use aspects of no matter the kind of coaching or consulting we work with. The goal of this work is to get you grounded in your own body to feel safe to explore the depths.
I am a Certified Meditation Awareness Practices Teacher and have been practicing meditation since I was 15.
This practice is what has and continues to keep me steady and connected so that I can listen to the most important voice — my own.
I will bring this practice into our work together in ways that fit your unique needs. We will find what works for you.
We all have work to do in this world. My own background is in Marketing and Business Direction having worked in Silicon Valley as an Executive for the last 20+ years.
No matter how we are working together or what your focus in on our outside life, I will guide you through the most empowered practices and ways of thinking that I have uncovered in my experiences to either lead your own company or show up for someone else in a way that feels authentic and empowering.
I bring Yogic Philosophy into all of my work because it is the life I lead and it as so much to teach us no matter where you are at on your path or what our work is focused on.
Tibetan Dream Yoga has its own unique tenets that I work with that tie into everything we will do together.
These concepts apply to all humans!
The Tarot has taught me how to exercise my intuition and creativity muscle like nothing else has.
I utilize my own way of working with the Tarot in our work together as an empowerment tool for self-discovery and creative expansion.
This work will assist you in all areas of your life and encourage you to see the world in new and more magical ways.
